GMRS Net each Sunday at 4:30 pm except holiday weekends. The primary frequency is Stake1 (pre-programmed), or Channel 15, subchannel 16, or 462.5500 MHz, CTCSS set at 114.8 Hz.
Ham radio net First Sunday of the month at 5:00 pm except holiday weekends. Primary =146.540 MHz Secondary - 146.560 MHz

How to apply for a GMRS License (video: 4.5 min.) There is not test, you are granted license for 10 years and it is good for all members of you immediate family. Cost is $35.00. You can only pay the FCC fee on line.
