Property watch is offered free of charge to property owners in Salt Lake County by the county Recorder's Office. Signing up will allow you to receive emails and texts regarding any changes to your property title.  This allows you to monitor for deed fraud attempts on your property.  This is a great recommended free service by Salt Lake County.
